Full Job Description

A major political organization is in search of experienced Political Canvasser to join their team on a year-round basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible in planning, coordinating, and executing voter outreach and engagement efforts to elect conservative candidates across the United States. Your responsibilities will include organizing canvasses, phone banks, and high-impact campaign events, as well as going door-to-door in targeted precincts. A key focus will be persuading swing voters and mobilizing the base to build grassroots momentum leading up to the 2024 election cycle. Roles/Duties:

  • Organize door-to-door efforts to engage and persuade voters.
  • Coordinate and lead campaign events, rallies, and canvassing activities.

  • Leverage social media to boost campaign awareness and participation.

  • Must be able to hit metric goals on a weekly and quarterly basis and work well under pressure.

  • Provide daily/weekly reports of voter contact and volunteer recruitment data to the Vice Chair.

Job Requirements:
