A leading political organization is looking for experienced Political Canvasser to join their team on a year-round basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible in planning, coordinating, and executing voter outreach and engagement efforts to elect conservative candidates across the United States. Your responsibilities will include organizing canvasses, phone banks, and high-impact campaign events, as well as going door-to-door in targeted precincts. A key focus will be persuading swing voters and mobilizing the base to build grassroots momentum leading up to the 2024 election cycle. Roles/Duties:

  • Go door-to-door to mobilize voters and persuade swing voters to support the campaign.
  • Execute and manage campaign rallies and canvassing operations.
  • Create and apply strategies for targeted voter outreach.
  • Collaborate with volunteers and staff to meet campaign objectives.
  • Utilize social networks to increase awareness and engagement with the campaign.
  • Evaluate polls and data for strategic campaign planning.
  • Discriminate information to ensure campaign messaging is tailored to specific audiences.
  • Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and management for campaign efforts.
  • Must be able to hit metric goals on a weekly and quarterly basis and work well under pressure.
