A major political organization is looking for experienced Political Canvasser to join their team on a year-round basis. In this critical role, you will lead in planning, coordinating, and executing voter outreach and engagement efforts to elect conservative candidates across the United States. Your responsibilities will include organizing canvasses, phone banks, and high-impact campaign events, as well as going door-to-door in targeted precincts. A key focus will be persuading swing voters and mobilizing the base to build grassroots momentum leading up to the 2024 election cycle. Roles/Duties:

  • Organize door-to-door efforts to engage and persuade voters.
  • Execute and manage campaign rallies and canvassing operations.

  • Work with volunteers and other campaign staff to achieve campaign goals.
  • Leverage social media to boost campaign awareness and participation.
  • Use data and poll analysis to guide campaign strategy decisions.
  • Customize campaign messaging for targeted audiences by filtering information.
  • Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and management for campaign efforts.
  • Meet or exceed set performance metrics consistently while managing stress effectively.

  • Submit regular reports on voter outreach and volunteer recruitment to the Vice Chair.
  • Work with the Communications Director, Data Director, and other staff, committee chairs, and team leads as appropriate to implement organizational goals across the county.
